Restore a purchase

On iPhone, iPad and Mac

  1. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
  2. In Boundara, open Settings → Boundara plans.
  3. Tap Restore purchase. Apple verifies Essentials, legacy Pro, Field lifetime, and active subscriptions; Boundara does not receive your payment details.

Legacy Pro keeps permanent Essentials access. An active Field subscription includes Essentials while it is active. If restoration fails, check your Apple purchase history, restart the app, and email us with the approximate purchase date.

On Android

  1. Use the Google account that made the original purchase in Google Play.
  2. In Boundara, open the plans screen.
  3. Tap Restore purchase while connected. Google Play and Boundara’s verification service confirm the purchase; Boundara does not receive your payment details.

Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Parcel not found

Boundara selects a supported cadastral country from your location when possible. You can also choose one manually in map layers. Official services can be unavailable temporarily, and some areas have coverage exceptions or incomplete district data.

  • Spain includes Navarra and the Basque Country.
  • Italy excludes the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
  • Poland may have local gaps depending on district sources.
  • Dutch map boundaries are positional and must not be used as legal measurements.

Location access

Boundara uses location for the map and field tools when you choose them. A GPS track is saved only when you start recording. Change permission under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Boundara. On Android, use Settings → Apps → Boundara → Permissions; while a GPS track records, Android shows a notification until you pause or stop it.

Delete local data

Delete an individual saved parcel from the Saved tab to remove its record and photos copied into Boundara. Deleting the app removes the remaining data managed by Boundara. Files you exported are controlled by the destination app or storage location. On Android, Google Drive backup copies stay in your Google Drive until you delete them under Google Drive settings → Manage apps → Boundara.
