1. Informational use
Boundara helps you consult public parcel geometry, make approximate measurements, and keep your own notes and photos. You may use it for lawful fieldwork and personal or professional organization.
2. No legal boundary determination
Boundara’s contours, references, areas, perimeters, and distances do not replace cadastral certificates, land-register records, deeds, professional surveys, administrative decisions, or legal advice. Source data can be incomplete, generalized, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. For ownership, boundary disputes, transactions, subsidy applications, construction, or regulatory filings, consult the competent authority and a qualified professional.
3. External services and open data
On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, Boundara relies on Apple Maps. On Android, it uses OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap for the base map and place search, Sentinel-2 cloudless imagery by EOX, official orthophotos and, for Field and Pro users, Esri World Imagery. On every platform, Boundara relies on the official providers listed on the Data Sources & Licences page. Their availability, accuracy, and terms remain under their control. Boundara makes point-level, user-initiated requests and transforms the returned data into an app view and optional export. Provider attribution and applicable licence information accompany supported exports.
Boundara is independent. No cadastral authority or data provider sponsors, certifies, or endorses the app.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
On iPhone, iPad and Mac
Essentials and Field lifetime are one-time in-app purchases. Field is also available as an optional monthly or annual subscription. Field includes Essentials while access is active. Earlier Boundara Pro purchases retain permanent Essentials access; eligible Essentials owners may be offered a discounted Field lifetime upgrade. The App Store displays the applicable local price and subscription terms before confirmation. Purchases can be restored with the Apple Account used to buy them. Manage or cancel subscription renewal in your Apple account settings. Refund requests follow Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.
On Android
Purchases are made through Google Play Billing. Essentials and Field lifetime are one-time in-app purchases; Field and Pro are optional monthly or annual subscriptions. Field and Pro include Essentials while access is active. Google Play displays the applicable local price and subscription terms before confirmation and charges the payment method in your Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Purchases can be restored with the Google account used to buy them. Paid access is confirmed through Boundara’s purchase verification service described in the privacy policy. Refund requests follow Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer law.
A purchase on one store does not unlock Boundara on the other platform.
5. Your content and lawful use
You retain responsibility for notes, photos, names, and exports you create. Do not use Boundara to trespass, surveil individuals, infer ownership, violate privacy, bypass provider safeguards, scrape whole territories, overload services, or make unlawful decisions about people or property.
6. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party networks or error-free source data. To the extent permitted by law, Boundara is provided without warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights, and Eutopix Labs is not responsible for decisions made as if approximate app output were a legally verified boundary or certificate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and governing rules
We may update the app and these terms for new features, providers, security, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear here. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where incorporated by the App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service apply to downloads and purchases made through Google Play. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
